If I Approve a File, How Do I Change My Approval? (Thumbs Up / Thumbs Down Approval)

These instructions are for the Thumbs Up / Thumbs Down approval type. If you're looking to change the Status on a file, look at How to Edit Tags or Update File Statuses.

Thumbs Up / Thumbs Down

1. If you've already approved or rejected a file, go to the Asset Group (File Search) or Package (Inbox) where it is located and open the file.

2. Within the Asset Viewer, if the right side panel is closed, you can open the panel on the left with the side arrow .

3. Select Approval History (thumbs up icon).

4. Select option to edit your note.

5. Select your desired approval and change your note.

6. Select Update to save it.
